We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Associate to support our partners (Accountants) in winning new clients (SME’s and individuals, who are in the need of an accountant). You’ll act on behalf of your assigned partners, which includes contacting and presenting partners to clients, who have requested a quote, promoting the partner’s services and mediating between the partner and client to ensure exceptional customer service.

You’ll work in close relationship with the partners and clients and your goal is to close client cases on behalf of the partners by presenting your partners in a trustful manner over the phone and by finally winning the client.

Specifically, you’ll:

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow and achieve individual sales goals
  • Build trust relationships with partners as well as clients
  • Sell partners services to relevant clients
  • Keep an overview of client cases to be able to give offers on behalf of the partners
  • Update partners about the status of their clients and about new, acquired clients

Requirements

As our Associate, you should have excellent communication skills on the phone and be highly customer service oriented. You go the extra mile to support our partners and thrive under ambitious sales targets. As a person, you empathize easily with customers and are good in presenting and promoting our partners in a professional and trustworthy manner. You have a general understanding of financial matters and bring business acumen.

You also have:

  • Near-native Danish and conversational English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience from a sales role (preferably outbound) or a customer service role
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • A goal-driven mentality with an ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in successfully supporting B2B customers
  • The ability to develop tremendous loyalty with stakeholders
