What do you consider a fantastic customer experience?

We consider it a home run when a customers calls us with an issue and we are able to reduce their stress with our knowledge, personal attention and communicating the plan to resolve their issue. Then, accomplish the task needed to put their issue to rest in a timely manner with communication along the way to answer questions. This means proper tax planning and availability to answer tax related questions for our tax clients.

How can you help businesses develop?

We are small business experts and have years of private industry experience on top of our bookkeeping, accounting and tax experience. All this knowledge and expertise is available to the clients as they grow their businesses. We can help from setting up a bookkeeping system to sales and payroll taxes to income taxes and finally wealth planning like business expansion, 401(k)s and kids futures.

Scott and Adam have been doing my business accounting and taxes for three years now. However they have done much more than that: PPP loans vehicle purchasing/financing, insurance audits and renewals, city business licenses etc...any questions or problems which arise in my business, they are ready and willing to jump in and share their extensive knowledge and expertise. I have and will continue to recommend Oaks Tax, not because Adam is my son, they are great at what they do!

This accounting firm is beyond outstanding. They went above and beyond as an expert witness in an extremely complex and complicated divorce which encompassed multiple states, businesses, and properties. There is NO tax situation too difficult or complicated for them. Their knowledge of tax practice, tax codes, regulations for National as well as international is beyond exemplary. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Two separate money management facilities spoke with me regarding their report and knowledge. They both asked what major legal firm wrote this report and provided a reference sheet with over thirty five references. I was overjoyed to report that is was all inclusive, and solely from Oaks Accountants.
